Allan Franti left the audio video world when he heard about H&S Protection. He knew they were a quality organization and joined H&S almost exactly one year ago.
At his previous position, Allan offered TV and internet services to customers, “any AV stuff, like hanging TV’s, indoor/outdoor speakers, etc.” He considered himself a “jack of all trades,” from running events like Spring Home Shows and Summer Fair shows, along with sales and ordering equipment.
Those skills have translated to his position at H&S, where he serves as a security consultant in H&S’s Pewaukee, WI office, offering video, alarm and access control systems.
He is married to his wife Shelly with three kids – Jacob, Haley and Tyler – and they are “all grown up” as he puts it, two having left the nest with one still remaining at home. In his spare time, Allan likes to travel, hike and golf.
“H&S has the experience, knowledge and service in a company you are looking to partner with when it comes to security,” he said.
Allan appreciates the strong communication at H&S. “H&S incorporates operations and the technicians with marketing and sales. Everything is brought together in a weekly operations Monday morning meeting to bring harmony to the organization, which makes everything flow. Most companies do not do this. The meeting helps facilitate communication and eliminate friction.”
