Your time is valuable. We understand that you have work to do and deadlines to meet. Showing up on time is one of the simplest ways we demonstrate who we are and how we operate. When we say we’ll be there, we will. You can count on us.

Recently, we heard a story about someone who waited eight hours for an appliance technician to show up. They had to take a day off work to wait just to be there for the service call. Late in the day, they got a call saying that the technician had to cancel.
At H&S, we won’t let that happen to you. We provide tight arrival windows based on the work that needs to be done on your site. Staying on schedule is a priority for the benefit of our customers and the efficiency of our business.
If for some unforeseen reason we can’t meet our scheduled time, we’ll call and explain. That’s rare for us, but it can happen. When it does, we’ll make it right for you.
