A couple of months back, we posted the attached picture on our H&S Protection page. We had fun taking the photo, thinking about the unique qualities our employees offer customers.
In the security industry, it can be hard to differentiate from your competitors. Similar technology is available for every provider, and while pricing can vary, it really boils down to meeting the unique needs of customers with a personal touch.
So, what should people expect when they come to us? We’ll take it back to this photo and the three members of our H&S team. We have (among other things): Master Planners, Detail Detectives and Big-Picture Thinkers on staff. All three of these titles give a sense of how we dig deeper to address your security needs.
Every project requires a Master Planner, someone to get down in the weeds and draw up plans that show customers how their needs will be specifically addressed. We have this talent on staff.
Then, there’s the “Detail Detective” who makes sure everything is right and ensures that unintended consequences will be few and far between. We have this talent too; someone to dot the “i’s” and cross the “t’s.”
Finally, there’s the Big-Picture Thinker. Most of us know someone like this; someone who stays above the details, envisioning what might be or what can be. They muse a bit. Our big picture thinkers give customers those extra ideas, options and concepts for consideration, guiding them towards something they might not have considered. Big-Picture Thinkers are vital to our team’s success in providing customers that little extra “oomph” that other security companies don’t have.
