Dennis McNamara has some stories about his time at H&S Protection, that’s for sure. We recently celebrated his 40th anniversary with us. You heard that right; 40 years with the same company!
In today’s world, you don’t often hear of people staying with the same company for four decades; People relocate, employees leave bosses, and staff get fired. Companies get bought and downsized, with long-term employees often on the chopping block.
While we’re not perfect, we do pride ourselves on creating a fun and supportive work environment, and that means that team members like Dennis tend to stay with us long-term. It’s a great formula for continuity, expertise, and lasting customer relationships.
If you happen to come in contact with Dennis, ask him about fishing! Not everyone knows this about him, but he’s an expert fisherman and loves to get out on the water.
Over 40 years, you get to know a person beyond the work they do, and that’s something we value at H&S. We’ve gotten to know Dennis not only as a dedicated employee, but as the person behind the job title, and we’re glad he’s chosen to spend such a big part of his career with us.
