Customer feedback is what keeps a business moving in the right direction, and we take it very seriously here at H&S. All comments, whether positive or negative, give us an idea of what we are doing well and what we need to improve on; That’s why we make it a point to offer opportunities for our customers to be heard.
In a typical experience with us, whether we are installing something new, servicing your system, or communicating with you via our customer service email, you’ll find that we ask for your feedback more than once. This may happen verbally, through the use of a customer satisfaction survey, or through a Google Review request.
Some of your feedback is only seen internally at H&S, especially what we receive from our customer appreciation survey. This survey gives us an opportunity to ask specific questions that help us to gauge more measurable success, such has whether or not our representatives arrived on time, how well we communicated, and a rating of how satisfied you were with our service. It also gives you the opportunity to offer any comments or concerns regarding the visit, so that we can address them accordingly.
Other feedback is seen by the public in the form of Google Reviews. In this space, our team still gets to see how we’re doing, but more importantly our prospective customers are able to determine whether they might want to work with us.
All of your feedback is important. When you give constructive feedback, we know what we need to address and fix. When you show appreciation, we (and others) know we’re doing something right. We hope your experience(s) have been good, but we’d love to hear from you either way. Feedback makes us better. We thank all our customers for putting their trust in us.
