For most systems, H & S Personnel can make requested programming changes remotely through the use of special equipment and software. This programming is usually significantly less expensive for customers since there ’s no travel time involved.
Most alarm systems allow customers to change the codes they use to arm and disarm their system. The procedures are available in your user manual. If you have questions or problems making the change, call H & S’s Service Department between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Central time) Monday – Friday and our technicians will be happy to provide telephone assistance.
NOTE: As a safeguard, it’s good to let the Central Station know anytime you are attempting to program your system. Just call them to put your system “in test” and they will take no action with any signals they might receive.
